Welcome

I am Kim Wagoner, and for the past thirty years my brother Shane and I have been training horses.  From reiners, cowhorses, ranch and trail horses, to over the mountain, brandings and so on.  Together we have sixty years experience between us, and have stocked up more belt buckles, bronzes, and titles than we can count in the show ring, but also a great understanding that people want their one horse to do it all.  The Sport Utility Horse is our answer, and we have already produced many of them.

The Sport Utility Horse is the equine version of a recreational vehicle.  First trained in the reining discipline the Sport Utility Horse has a very high degree of control and maneuverability which lays a solid foundation to easily add many other disciplines to his list of job descriptions.  From performing sliding stops and spins in the arena one day, to safely taking you to a remote mountain stream the next.  Or maybe sorting cattle, roping steers, dragging calves to the branding fire or even performing low level Dressage tests, whatever task is at hand.

It takes countless hours to develop a Sport Utility Horse but the end result is many years of enjoyment and companionship with this unique and versatile equine partner.

Thanks,

Kim Wagoner
